Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sentrasoft Solusi Digital's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Sentrasoft Solusi Digital provides a comprehensive range of IT services including but not limited to:

  • Website Development (Company Profile, E-Commerce, Web Applications)
  • Application Development (ERP, CRM, POS, Custom Software)
  • IT Consulting (IT Audit, Hardware Sizing, Digital Transformation Roadmap)
  • IT Support (Remote Helpdesk, Server Maintenance, Data Backup)
  • Digital Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Website SEO (Technical SEO, Content SEO, Local SEO)

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Sentrasoft Solusi Digital, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for service requests
  • Ensure timely payment for all services rendered
  • Provide necessary access and resources for project completion
  • Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Terms and Pricing

4.1 Fixed Pricing: We offer fixed-price contracts for most services. The quoted price is the final price unless mutually agreed changes occur in writing.

4.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. Typically, 50% advance payment is required for project initiation, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and delivery.

4.3 Additional Services: Any services outside the original scope will require a separate agreement and pricing.

5. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership

5.1 100% Code Ownership: Upon full payment, you own 100% of the source code developed for your project. Sentrasoft Solusi Digital retains no rights to your code and provides no vendor lock-in.

5.2 Deliverables: You will receive all project deliverables including source code, documentation, and any other agreed-upon materials.

5.3 Third-Party Components: You are responsible for any licenses required for third-party components used in your project.

6. Support and Maintenance

6.1 Warranty Period: We provide a 30-day warranty period from project delivery for bug fixes related to the original scope.

6.2 24/7 Support: Priority support is available 24/7 for critical issues that affect your business operations.

6.3 Maintenance Services: Ongoing maintenance and support services are available under separate agreements.

7. Revision Policy

Our revision policy is designed to ensure project completion while maintaining clear expectations:

  • Revision 1 (R1): 14 days after implementation completion
  • Revision 2 (R2): 7 days after Revision 1 completion
  • Revisions are collective (multiple points can be submitted together)
  • Revisions must be within the original project scope
  • Requests outside scope will be treated as new projects

8. Limitation of Liability

Sentrasoft Solusi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through Indonesian courts.

12. Amendments

Sentrasoft Solusi Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
